Ran with Tom on a cold January day. Wind was out of the east and running east on Nifong was very cold. Wind chill had to be around 10 or less. We talked the whole time and it really helped pass the time. Pace from 2-16 was even and varied only d/t hills and/or wind. My hamstring was tight, but not sending shooting pains.
