Notes

It feels so good to take it easy after reaching a goal. I got up and did an easy 3 on the treadmill and enjoyed every minute. I have been gaining weight back every since the Marathon, and today weighed in 3.5 lbs heavier than last Monday. I've been eating McFlurries, huge bags of chips, cookies, and massive amounts of chocolate. That was the deal with myself after restricting such things for 7 weeks prior to Boston. Starting today I will start limiting such items so I can stay around 154 lbs.
