Notes

Did a CrossFit workout today and I may have strained my right calf a bit. It was tweaking a bit on this run.

50 kettle ball swings, 50 wall balls, 50 box jumps, 50 cals on bike, 40 burpees. All broken up with a partner. Before the workout we did bike, and jumping jacks. The "tweak" came afterwards when I was doing the stretching.
