Notes

Hamstrings and Piriformis felt better this morning than it has in weeks. After glucose issue on last nights run, I ate everything I could find. Weight up 2 lbs this morning and I'm going to carbo load all the way to the race. I'm also going to rest my legs as much as possible, running only 3 easy miles a day Sat and Sun.
