Notes
First mile was at 8:43 pace. I did not feel like I was running fast, but I guess I was. I slowed down a bit toward the end. I am going to try and do a fast interval workout tomorrow so I don't want to waste myself today.
We have been traveling and then got back to having visitors for a week and a half. Finally I am able to get back on my schedule. I am about 5 miles behind my goal. That isn't too bad since I have had to fight for every run that I have gotten in the last two weeks. I will get back ahead.
