Notes
First three nice and easy with Ash. Last two, at my comfortable pace. Of course evening runs never feel great to me, and my guts were rumbling quite a bit. Needed to eat. Ran in the Gazelle's, felt a little discomfort in the right leg, but it came and went. No noteworthy pain.
