Notes

Tempo roasting on the LFP. Originally was planning for 2 miles but decided to do a bit more and cut down the 800 interval work bc that's not as important. Felt decent on this besides being out there too late in the morning. Start and finish from the track so my rest could just being getting to the starting line.
