Notes
Held off running in the morning to run at Swallow when visiting D's parents and Meme. Decided that if I'm around on the weekends it would be nice to run in some forest preserves/trails for a change of scenery. Dec dropped me off at the trail head and I ran the streets fast on the way back. Felt so good to get on some flat surface after tougher footing. Got some Thai food and headed to Meme's. Fun weekend, happy to spend time with the fams.
