Long run in Forest Park for Delsey weekend of fun and Christmas cheer. My favorite weekend of the year for sure started off well with a long run in FP. Ran along Kings Highway and started the loop. Started picking it up around 5-6 miles in and just continued from there. Once we were on the flat part we got moving a bit more. Finished one loop and Dec said 12 min out before turning. Over the hills was a little tough but we were going about 6:15's after cranking for some time before. Overall, a hard long effort that felt good to get in. Finished that portion and jogged back to the Airbnb alone.
