Can't quite call this a long run but much longer than I have run in about a month so I will. Ran in the latest group with Anando and Chris, we lost Anando passing the trailhead parking lot and picked it up slightly from there. This was tough with the heat, hills, humidity, and higher mileage but we did okay.
