Wonderful morning for a run. Went the usual Saturday route on the Lakeshore, cut over on North Ave. to get on uninterrupted soft surfaces. Feel as though I've been pounding the crete hard wearing my flats the past couple of days. Saw 9 shining beacons of hope. Happy Birthday Dad!
