Nail on the head. Exactly an hour. Sam wanted to use Wednesdays to start pushing the pace for her fall marathons. She ran under 8 no problem. Even had a 7:15 in there. Rewarded with Starbucks and a leetle scone.
May have had a little headache out there, not feeling in tip top shape. Got dinner with Brad last night and ended up getting drinks at a dive bar after. We didn't stay out too late but had enough to feel it a bit this morning.
