Welp, big temp difference from yesterday. Ended up going back to the suburbs to run with Sam since I haven't seen her in a couple of weeks. Needed to make some time. Talked about her new job and had fun as per usual. Wore the tempos again, IT's tight and sore from yesterday but took it super easy.
