Decent workout on a beautiful morning. Decided to go up on the cursed 606 to save some time and sleep. I was nervous about doing a workout there because I also seem to bomb them when I do, but this one worked out. The original plan was 6:10, 6:05, 6:00, 5:55, 5:50, 5:45 but I started out too fast so I shifted it slightly. I'm having a hard time easing on/off the gas pedal so this was decent practice with only okay execution. Shoes still suck. Big dead rat in the middle of the 606.
