HA.

I couldn't help but feel shitty about this first attempt of a track workout while running it. After a reflective cool down and a boyfriend who actually believes in me (while simultaneously not telling me my times), it's just a starting place. It's been about two years since I've trained seriously and that means one thing: patience.

Been a more difficult week of training than I have done in awhile too. Just need to continue to practice non-violent communication (self-talk included)
