Baby long run with Sam. Didn't mean to go quite this far, was shooting for 50-60 min to see how it went. Nice warm weather. Achilles felt pretty good actually, still using those old shoes though. Might just cut into my working shoes since it seems to work/isn't getting better or worse. Happy the bike trail is open.
