Easy with Mack this morn. It was his first run back after a sprained ankle so we were just gonna see. Ended up going 5 with him. I wasn't creating as much heat running because I wasn't working as hard and I didn't dress appropriately. Was SO cold. Had to stop into M&M's to warm up my hands. Ended up getting a free pack of socks. Going over to their house is like Christmas year-round.
Still very very sore from Newt.
