Ran slow at the beginning because I thought Emma was gonna catch up but she didn't so after about 6 minutes and running through the swamp I picked it up a whole lot and I was running like crazy through the woods and ferns, it was beautiful. And then I got to the last .75 or so and the rocks started getting really crazy. Rolled my ankle super after that and was having a hard time after that. But overall favorite leg I ran of the race.
