Ran with mom at Palatine. Didn't really feel like running but then I started it was okay. Got passed by some fast dude right away, which was a bad start. The trail was really frozen with a light dusting. Passed a couple of Asian apocalypse crews that don't like to move, the trail was pretty busy this morning which was nice. Need to start taking fiber again. I'm getting weird. Gotta start taking care of myself better.
