Slow roll with the Westeros this morn. Nice to sleep a bit more -- crazy what a difference it makes -- ran around Humboldt and down to Westinghouse, around the track twice before heading back to grab donuts and coffee with Dec. Pretty relaxing morning watch SportsCenter before heading to work. V nice to just be in the neighborhood today. Heading to DC tonight!
