Kenyan miles with Dec in the morning up to Horner and the North Trail Path. Was in the beautiful Ravenswood Manor enclave and had to stop a few times bc I had to poop so badly. Thought I could made to it the start of the trail but ended up having to go at a dead end of a street. Continued on with Dec to the end of the woodchip trail before turning around. I like running that way and the easy miles definitely helped.
