Easy run from John's with Mark and Dec. I didn't go with the girls bc we are one car household now. Ended up feeling great, foot-wise, and ran 7! It felt pretty darn good after the run too. Slight pain but totally walkable. I think I'm back in action. Excited for the weekend of running in DC!
