Warm one with Sam on the trail. Haven't seen her in a few weeks so we chatted the entire run, pretty usual. Had a cop following us for about a mile before we noticed he was there due to passing bikers commenting on our "escort service". Whoops. Stopped for a drink at the Depot. Felt good to go slow and relaxed for the long run. Feeling alright, IT's tight still but the shoe cut seems to be holding up for the bone spurs.
