Easy run with Bren and Dec. Fun to run with them for a change. Decided a little more sleep wouldn't be so bad and I wanted to stay close to home to get into work early. Ran to our new apartment and then to a weird house on Logan. Good exploration run and v nice to switch it up. Headed to Denver today! Lots of running ahead of me this week :)
Achilles was bad at the beginning and eased up a bit the more we ran.
