Ran with mom on the LS. We both had to go to the bathroom so we ran to Starbucks for the first 12 minutes of our run, then I went north on the trail and added some spicy stuff 6 times during the run. Ran up the hill at Montrose twice and to foster and back. Felt okay. Achilles a little tight after but didnt feel it during my run at all.
