We all know what happened...v v disappointed in myself. Tried to shake it off and focus on everyone else running fast and being positive.
Had a great great weekend exploring the Colombia River Gorge and visiting Steph, it was so nice to see her and be near one of my longtime very close friends. Felt like home. Definitely worth the trip even if the race stunk.
Pro Tip: Avoid all red eye flights for the rest of time.
