Easy with Sam in the afternoon. It was a beautiful fall day. My ankle thing felt better during this, hopefully tomorrow night I'll help relax that guy with some epsom salt. Nice day taking care of some things at home and then relaxing at night— going into the week feeling revived. Helen's first day is tomorrow!
