Notes

Ran at 4 Mile Tempo (supposed to be a progression run from half marathon pace to 10k pace, cutting 5-10 each mile) but I felt like garbage and didn't do it right. Bren ran it with me which was super helpful because with about 1 mile to go he was helping me out and talking me through it a bit. Major stomach issues since the long run on Sunday last week. Idk what's up, but probably should start taking supplements again. Also did the 1 hr strength sesh at work beforehand, which obviously, didn't contribute to me feeling better during the workout. Was back and forth with Dan Kittaka for most of it. Wanted to start out more like 6:10-:05 pace but was only a tad fast. A little bit let down based on this workout for the Soldier Field 10 mile, but I'll just run it as hard as I can and that'll be it. Comped entry so it's not the end of the world.
