Quality run, started with Declan for like the first five min and then continued on the trail the other way myself. I got confused and exited the path to early which resulted in some killer hills but neighborhood running so it was worth it, then I hopped on the trail around Lake Of the Isles and then once again got a little confused on the exit, but ran down 26th and then a block up to 25 where I finished with a 20 min elliptical. Core and mobility in the park on the walk home.
