Ran a progression run around Nicollet Island. it was kinda nice because all the Milly people were out there working out as well, doing mile repeats. I kinda messed up the progression run and wasn't too progressive. For some reason I though the second two miles were supposed too be 6:25 but they were supposed to be 6:20. So that was stupid, sometimes the times get messed up in my head and it makes sense at the time but I'm not really thinking about what I'm doing, so I get messed up and think what I am doing is right. Anyways, felt good. It was windy so I was again pushing hard the first half and the pulling the reins back the second half. The last one was where I didn't pull back and just ran, and felt good. Wasn't too tired at the end. Finished off with 4x200's at 37.
