Good run today. Did the same long run route but added on through West Dundee neighborhood. Listened to TAL about the assassination on Israel's Prime Minister and then one about Status Updates (unfinished). Decided that TAL is going to be my new running buddy. Loving the Bird Sanctuary and the limestone trail. New shoes also feeling pretty good at this point.
