Ran with Sam the same route we have been doing plus a mile extra. Actually got on the trail for part of it which was exciting. Maybe saw one eagle but not sure. Legs were tired at the end, hamstring and hip flexor were tightening up. Not surprising after the run yesterday. I think it's probably time to invest in a good foam roller, can't rely on tennis balls anymore.
