Super early morn with Sam and Christy. Figured I would stay in the neighborhood and join them just to switch it up. Got home just after 6, showered and went back to bed. Another v easy day but figured I could push it a bit tomorrow. Missed abs with Declan bc I was lazy in bed. Maybe I'll do them tonight.
