Down by the river. Saw a baby eagle!! They have an interesting patterned belly, no white head or tail until after about 2 years. Stopped for a couple seconds to look at it. Did an extra loop by the river to see if I could find anymore, then ran to Starbucks to get a couple extra miles in. Hard to get out the door today, once I was about 2 miles in I felt better. Went to Chicago in the afternoon to hang (literally) with Mack and Martha. Went rock climbing at this sweeeeet place, had a lot of fun
