Notes
After work there was a beautiful sunset and purple sky above the lake. I had a lovely little jog up along the LFP and through the dark Lincoln Park. Back the normal way I'd go home but went south on Damen, to Leavitt, to the 606, and ending to pick up my car. I didn't feel so good at work all day and I am unsure if it was dehydration or stress.
I did have such a fun weekend. I ended up not running a long run or even on Sunday. We picked up trash along the lake and in Lincoln Park in the morning and then biked up to basically Loyola and back before we got home. I biked up to my house for a mini trick or treat with Lukas and Addie and then back to the candy chute with Jason. It was one of the best days I've had in a long time. It was so nice to just be outside and biking around. No run on Sunday after sleeping in and painting at M&M's new house and then going to the grocery store and making dinner. Not mad about it.
