Really did not set myself up for success on this workout. Interviews in the morning lead to me push this until the afternoon. Then, interviews lasting until the 12 o'clock hour pushed lunch until around 3pm. Left work at 4pm so I could get this in b4 an appointment at 7pm. I was pushing it on time, ate lunch too late, decided to do it on the windy and hot 606 and had too much water in my belly which lead to some rib cramps. Overall, once again, I haven't learned my lesson on how to prepare. Life just gets in the way. Thought about pushing this until Thurs morning but I didn't want to ruin my LR this weekend, yada yada. Will try again under better circumstances in a few weeks.
