Notes

Cold pool. Swimming is interesting because you can tell directly from your breathing how your body is doing (more so than running). Definitely sick and felt it from the increased amount of breaths I had to take. Same shtick - 10 up, 10xlap recovery as what's leftover, 5 breast stroke/back stroke, 5 x breath holds.
