Ran with mom down by the river and up Barrington past PD and down ravine to CMS and next to the river again up the big hill next to Tower and back to South End. So hilly run, fell really hard by the bike shop next to Otto. Had to walk it off for a while, but then got frustrated with all stresses and basically sprinted back. Knee and ankle a little swollen and messed up, but should be fine for tomorrow probably.
