Warm up with JB and Declan to the track. Continued to run up the hill and north on the trail. Took the outer trail to watch the sunrise. Went back over the hill and on the lake side of the golf course. Met back up the JB to run up Belmont together. Finished at got Starbucks while I waited for Dec.
Feeling tired. Put myself in a bit of a hole the end of last week. Looking to just get some easy miles and maybe Friday off?
