Notes
Poop on this run. Declan took us to a new trail in San Deigo away from the bay, beach, sun and fun to run on some shitty woodchip trail that was uphill the whole way (not really). On top of it all, we had a lovely 5 mi tempo in the middle in which Gadz and I had a 7:37 mile running as hard as possible up a huge ass hill. Had a few words with Declan and schemed to throw lemons at Declan with Gadz. Happy it was over and had a nice little cool down on a single track trail. Beautiful morning out, nice to run in the sun.
