9x2min on/1off (4miles) left home around 4:45 and drove to the lake. Warm up around North Pond & zoo and then started the workout. Felt decent, still trying to find control/stability in these and sad how slow I am but that's the point. After three years, you aren't going to be fast. Was planning on doing 3.5 mi of work but just finished it for 4. Going to find a half to just run and then one to train for.
