Nice one with the DW crew. Beautiful morning in the woods and good crew to keep the convos rolling. Ended up talking to Casey for a long time about coaching and his move up to Wisco. I like talking to him, kinda sad to see he's leaving. On the second loop right after Bertha I had a big ankle roll, let the crew go and walked it off for a sec bc I couldn't keep running. Ended up being okay and doing the mile loop before heading down to the stairs and a little parking lot loop.
