What a beautiful morning for a run! 59 degrees when I headed out the door. Didn't have a car but didn't realize it until I already made plans with Sam so I got up early and ran down to South End. Had a wonderful long run with her on the trail, taking it nice and easy while chatting up a storm. The first day I've started to feel better since Monday so that was a major plus. Met mom at Buckstar after and she came to the city to drop me off/help me build my bed :)
