Run home from work with a little baby workout. Planning a tough workout this weekend so I wanted to keep this light. Definitely took me some time to warm up and had a rough go on the first two/three intervals. The first one I missed the exit to get on the bridge and the second one was the slanty part getting slammed by the waves. The third my shoes and feet were all wet and kind of slippery. The fourth I jumped up on the bike path past north ave beach and finally the last one I was able to get into a rhythm. Lol. Definitely took my legs time to get moving but I also only warmed up under a mile, so that is to be expected. Not ideal conditions but some effort put in which is what I need at this point.
