Notes

Just died this morning. Warmed up to do a workout, not feeling great. Started the first 2 mile tempo and I really just wasn't feeling it. My legs were super heavy, breathing was fine, and then my calf started pulling in mile 2. I cut it and yogged around Humboldt and PB loops. Hoping this is just residual 5k tiredness but we will see. Also, stacked my day with strength and miles yesterday which likely contributed as well. Basically just trying to smash everything into a few days before leaving for Chile. I'll put some more work in on my LR on Friday.
