Notes
Ran later in Chicago with Rach. Slept in late in McHenry and drove home then to Chicago. Had a bit of a headache before running but it went away. Ran from Mack's to Rach's to the 606 down either way and then back to drop of Ray and back to Mack's and around his hood. Didn't eat anything before running so I was not feeling super awesome but it was good to run with Rach, glad we were able to get together. Left hip flexor still tired at the end.
