Election Day 2020. Easy around Adler and up to Northerly during lunch. it was a beautiful sunny 60 degree November day that I am not complaining about. Spent most of the run thinking about control and surrender. I've learned and relearned over and over again as an adult that the only you can count on is change. Yet still, every time it hits me like a sucker punch to the stomach. Although, I hope this week it will be more of a long time coming.
