Easy run with Emma on the 606 this morning. Took the train to Damen and then ran from there. Been great having running buddies these last couple of days. Had fun with Emma this morning. Achilles still bugging me a bit, but the light dusting of snow didn't help (don't know where that came from last night), still keeping a close eye for swelling on my foot. Both of us almost fell on an icy spot on the trail, whoopsies.
