Easy with Sam after work because of class in the morning. Decided when I got home from work to make espresso + heath chip cookies while dancing in my sweatshirt instead of starting my run early. Ended up getting out 10 min before the meeting time with Sam and doing a little loop before running to her house. Went along the boring 606 (hoping she would go for Humboldt) and dropped her off back at home. Quickly got ready for book club and drove over to pick her back up. LOL. IT bands are a little tight post squats but definitely a sign I need more strength work.
