After standing for five hours volunteering at the Chicago Marathon Expo, Sam and I decided to do our long run. It went fairly well, my feet/achilles got pretty achy around mile 12 and then it just got worse from there. Definitely a result of the standing but also probably not bad. Fun run, we documented every mile on the beautiful Saturday. Excited to watch the marathon tomorrow, as always.
